School Council Events
It’s been two years, and two Griffith Woods favourites are back! This Fall, the School Council Social Committee is bringing back our GW Halloween Dance and Holiday Market.
GW HALLOWEEN DANCE — OCTOBER 22
Join us for an evening of Halloween fun with pizza, candy, goodies, a photo booth, DJ & more!
Open to K–Grade 6 students and their families from 4:00–7:30 PM in the GW School Gym.
Purchase Halloween Dance tickets: Get Tickets
Want to help make the night happen? We rely on parent volunteers to run these events and would appreciate your help!
GW HOLIDAY MARKET — GETTING BOSS VIBES?
Our Holiday Market is back, giving K–9 GW students the opportunity to become entrepreneurs for the day!
Students can sell original handmade creations, goodies for resale, or even offer a service like face painting. They’ll have a chance to set prices, make sales, interact with customers, negotiate and experience running their own little business — with the emphasis on fun, creativity and experience.
Vendor registration is now open: Register for the Holiday Market
All student vendors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the Holiday Market.
We’re looking forward to bringing these events back and seeing our GW school community come together again!
