Parent-Teacher Conferences

Conferences will be in-person on March 21 (3:30pm-8pm) and virtual on Friday March 22 (8-12pm).  To book please go to your MyCBE account.  The booking window is currently open and closes Wednesday March 20 at 6pm.  In Grades 5-9 there are not enough spaces for all families to meet with their teachers.  Remember you do not have to meet with your child’s teacher if through the Report Card, Assessment on Powerschool, Communication with the teacher you have a clear picture of how your child is doing in school.

  • Grades 1-4 will have 15 minute time slots with their Homeroom teacher
  • Grades 5-9 conferences will be done as a team, with both your child's teachers (except if in Mr. Sheen's class, you only have to book with him)
  • Kindergarten and Grades 5-9 will have 10 minute time slots to facilitate more times
  • Meeting slots for Music, Band and Phys.Ed teachers will be available as well
  • Kindergarten has school Thursday March and Parent-Teacher Conferences at the same times as the rest of the school
  • Please do not book Complementary Course teachers as they are prioritizing space for their Homeroom classes

Athletics

A big congratulations to all of our volleyball teams for a successful season.  All teams made it to the playoffs this year and our Junior Boys and Senior Girls represented in the finals at Ernest Manning.  We will end the seasons of play with a wrap up party and Staff vs. Student game after Spring Break.  Badminton will be the next season of play with tryouts beginning in April.  More information regarding tryouts and the season will come out closer to the dates.  We also received our banners, plural, from last year’s successful athletic season that will be hung up in the gym soon.
