Teachers will be working collaboratively starting in May in order to form balanced classes for next year. They put significant time and effort into lists and gather student voice when creating equitable classes to best support learning for all students. You have an opportunity to give teachers making class lists for next year some valuable insight that would support your child's educational needs. The form link above will be available to complete prior to Friday May 10. You do not need to fill this out if you do not have a request. IPP information does go in here as that document gets passed on each year from teacher to teacher.
The information will be seen by the teachers to provide them with insight from a parent perspective. A request is not a guarantee as there are several factors in creating groupings. We will not take teacher requests for next year as all of our teachers are fantastic, teachers change Grade assignments, and it is very difficult to facilitate. Transition requests that are not entered in that form by Friday May 10 will not be considered. Thank you for your support.
